How do I log and track my weight?
To log your weight:
1. Go the Health Log
2. Select the + icon next to Weight
3. On the Weight pop-up, enter your weight and click Save.
4. To track your weight increases and decreases over time, go to the Menu, and then the Reports page.
5. From the Reports page, select the Weight report.
This will report will monitor your increase or decrease in weight over a period of time.
