How do I log and track my sleep?

The easiest way to log your sleep is to connect your FitBit or Apple Watch to Tari App. 

Once connected, this will automatically log your FitBit and Apple data to Tari App.

You can also log your sleep manually. To log your sleep manually; 

1. Go the Health Log 

2. Select the + icon next to Sleep 

3. On the Sleep pop-up, enter your last night's sleep and click Save.

4. To track your average sleep over time, go to the Menu, and then the Reports page.


5. From the Reports page, select the Sleep report. 

This report will monitor your increase or decrease in sleep over a period of time.
