How do I log and track my resting heart rate?

The easiest way to log your resting heart rate is to connect your FitBit or Apple Watch to Tari App. 

Once connected, this will automatically log your FitBit and Apple data to Tari App. 


You can also log your resting heart rate manually. To log manually; 

1. Go the Health Log 

2. Select the + icon next to Heart Rate 

3. On the Resting Heart Rate pop-up, enter your resting heart rate and click Save.

4. To track your average resting heart rate over time, go to the Menu, and then the Reports page.

5. From the Reports page, select the Heart Rate report. 

This report will monitor your increase or decrease in resting heart rate over a period of time.
