How do I log and track steps?

The easiest way to log your steps is to connect your FitBit or Apple Watch to Tari App. 

Once connected, this will automatically log your FitBit and Apple data to Tari App.

You can also log your steps manually. To log your steps manually; 

1. Go the Activity Log

22. Select the + icon next to Activity 

3. On the Activity pop-up, enter your steps for the day and click Save.

4. To track your average steps over time, go to the Menu, and then the Reports page.


5. From the Reports page, select the Steps report. 

This report will average your daily steps over a period of time.
